Julia M. Dalzell is an experienced attorney practicing complex business litigation and high exposure professional and accountancy negligence litigation matters. Julia has successfully defended lawsuits brought against clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in contractual arbitration, and prevailed on multiple case dispositive motions in complex litigation matters.
Julia is experienced in handling depositions, mediations, and recently served as lead associate on a trial team defending against a multi-million-dollar alleged accountancy fraud case. Julia has extensive experience drafting all substantive dispositive motion work integral to successful litigation, and accompanying favorable appellate work when her results are appealed.
Julia also represents companies in the industry of vertical transportation and the defense of personal injury matters, handling all aspects of the litigation and client communication, and other general and business litigation.
Julia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as Lead Articles Editor on the San Diego Law Review and published two of her own student works.
